I placed an order with Ariva and and later cancelled it. I sent numerous emails cancelling this order making sure that my credit card was not going to be debited. I received confirmation back from Kendra confirming that the order had in fact been cancelled.

To my shock it was debit two days after the cancelation was received from Kendra and then was not reimbursed until a few days ater and I had to pay the exchange rate difference in A$ which really pi...... me off.

If an order is cancelled it should be processed if cancelled within 24 hours, which my order was.

I have received nothing to compensate me for my loss nor has Kendra answered my requests fro reimbursement.
