Complaint Review: Ariza Talent & Modeling AgencyInc.

I got to say Ariza Talent & Modeling Agency Inc. is scamming people left and right . Like three months ago , went cause there was this make 500 a day misleading ad in the paper , called had interview w/ sharon . She told me quote: "whe are not a charity" so in order to establish a contract with them

there was a $650 fee which included a photo session which they provided for me"(with good faith ended up paying for upfront fees and a photo shoot). Month and a half, went to ask for a refund since they where in no way able to notice me of a photo session .

I went to the agency stating that I was moving out of state and got told quote: "by law you got three days for a refund". She said I would receive a call that never received with a session (since I was stuck with that service that by the way I was not interested no more due to moving). After this I just went upon myself and have found bunch of law regulations which by my experience I feel 150% positive they must be breaking them and sites forums with similar experiences with this agency.

Anyways I just decided at the two full months of waist I'll just get the photo get'em and just to hell with it;( wrong choice ). My sesion was with four others, the location was around the building, which the photographer took 15-25 minutes tops with each one; by the end of it there where a whole bunch of people waiting for the same process(is not even funny). It look like a sweet shop. Its been another month since that and the agent says they havent received the negatives from the photographer and when they get it, is going to take another month or so.

Please help out with this situation, I got ads from the paper and the sites that might help out in legal terms, and other things..
