Complaint Review: Arizona Beverage Co. (Ferolito Vultaggio & Sons)

The Arizona drink company ran a promotion a while back where if you send in a certan amount of bottle caps you would get rewards, similar to the pepsi stuff promption. On some of the bottles of the Rx hebal tonic drinks was a pice of paper givig the details of the promtion alng with pictures of what you can recieve.

There was a t-shirt, a hat, a denim shirt, and a vest. Each had a certan amount of caps you have to send in to get it. I wanted he vest which was 100 caps. After about 3 months I had saved up enough caps from every arizona product I drank.

Here's where the ripoff begins. It said on the paper tat it would only take a few weeks to come. It took 3 months. When I opened the package I found that they had sent me the denim shirt instead of the vest that I ordered. I called them up to find out why they sent me the shirt. The lady on the phone said that it was a mistake and that a UPS guy would come to pick up the shirt and they would send me the vest.

The next day I recieved a call from the company saying that they cannot send me the vest because I didn't have enough caps. I said that I counted 100 caps but the lady on the phone said they had to be caps from the herbal tonic line only. I had sent in a mixture of the hebal tonic and other arizona drinks because it was not specified on the paper that only thoes caps would be accepted.

She said that I shouldn't have even recieved the shirt because I only had about 40 herbal tonic caps, which ws less than the amount for the shirt. An even more disterbing twist is that the lady told me that alot of people had sent in hundereds of caps, wanting multiple orders, and were not aware of this and they recieved the same snow job I did.
