Complaint Review: Arizona Child Support Enforcement

My ex-husband was ordered to pay child support in Maricopa County, Arizona. He refuses to pay. Arizona Child Support Enforcement was supposed to intervene. It has been three years and they have done NOTHING! I have made countless calls about my case. When you call them, you stay on "hold" for up to an hour before you speak to the person who will ultimatly tell you they can't tell you anything, refuse to give you the direct line to your case worker, refuse to allow you to speak to a supervisor. If you can afford an attorney, hire one. You'll get no help from Arizona Child Support Enforcement. If you're lazy and looking for a job, apply to the Arizona CSE office. No doubt you'll be paid top dollar to answer the phone and tell custodial parents they're not entitled to any information, any courtesy, any understanding and certainly not any help.
