Arizona Department of Economic Security Child Support Division ripoff abused & mistreated phoenix Arizona
My ex collected money from the state of Arizona before she had a court order for child support. Then the state came after me for the money. I explained that I was paying her $1,600.00 a month my ex while she collected this money. Well, the dispute went on for 2 1/2 years. I sent over sixty letters to ADES/CSE.
Then recently ADES/CSE started garnishing my Department of Defense money for this claimed debt. This was a part-time job for me, and my child support was current. This was for arrears before she had court ordered child support. Finally, after contacting two senators, the Attorney General's office said something was wrong and cleared my account.
After this matter was cleared up, I took the Attorney General's office to court. They refused to give me the court dates and amounts paid from the state to my ex. There excuse was that my account was zero. The judge told the AG to give me a letter that I never owed the state. I accepted this only to appear cooperative with them. The AG's office covered up fraud, and is documented now.
After looking closer at my documents, it turns out I paid this $800 which turned into $1,600, and ADES/CSE was trying to collect for a second time.
So for 21/2 years of threatning letters of incarceration, personal stress and tourment, loosing credit for my fifteeth year of military service, delayed another year to attend "counter terrorism school, constant distraction from performing my duties in military intelligence, $600.00 of my DOD money that I have to try and get back, and physical stress, I have the AG's office cover up the hole story.

I have been being billed $156 a month for the last 2 years for my son who I have custody of and is living with me. My 10 year old son has a father that hasnt seen him since the boy was 1 year old and the father isnt ordered to pay child support and doesnt help us or see his son AT ALL. Me and my parents have been taking care of my son alone for the past 9 years. I am ordered to pay child support to my parents. Now my son is with me full time. DES expects me to care for my son and pay child support ? How can this be ? You would think they would go after the father to pay child support to my son. Not try to take money away from my son by ordering me to pay. I just dont understand it at all.

To this article as well as others having trouble with DES in Arizona. I had some 20 years experience in Arizona with them and so has my younger sister.
Her ex is still some $135,000.00 in child support owned. Three children and some 18 years and they have always known where he is making some $20.00 plus per hour. The kids now 15 years, 20 and 23 and now being told it is too late to collect. The last time she filed they refused to answer but sent a court demand to appear for a Parenting Class which she was forced to pay the state some $140.00 drive almost 2 hours and miss all day of work and loss of wages. This man have been gone for some 14 years and she raised these kids alone and now she is asking for the support money and they punish her to this day and class. She sat with some moms who had infants all day about parenting and co parenting and wanted to know what on earth this had to do with her and this sitution.
After all this which is now 3 years later they still did nothing. I also have papers from the DES wishing information on child support my own ex has and he stopped payments some 4 years ago. They have no clue what they are doing and yes they are not only stupid, they have levels of cover ups. I have one of these men who was the head of DES there now working in my own town of Oregon. He shared a lot with me about things going on and payrolls of "strange people co signed through child services and other department " he knew nothing about. I had a Bonnie Richardson who was a real psycho be assigned to my own custody case and she came to my home for 5 minutes, asked our zodiac signs and wanted to see the colors in the rooms and this was her evaluation. Later my own mother and I researched whom she was and she had some 5 allies names and was not certified. She then vanished.
The courts, cps and state bar and DES are all corrupt in Arizona and I wish to begin an organize there to expose this if anyone is willing to help me. Thanks
