Complaint Review: Arizona Diesel & Power LLC

 Back in 2010 Al sold me a Genset which was not currently running. He did present a report from a repair shop in Brighton Colorado showing the engine only need mininal repairs. The moneyy was sent to Al for the genset and the request for a bid to repair the engine. Months went by and nothing from Al or the repair stop. I called the shop and was informed the engine and generator had been separated and the engine had been ship somewhere for repairs.

For months I tried to get hold of Al to see what was going on - why the engine had been shipped somewhere for repairs and what was going on? Nothing from Al and I did not know the location of the engine or what was going on. I spent days on the phone calling 100's of repair shops to find the engine and found it in Michgan. Al had the engine shipped to Michgan from Colorado! The repair shop in Michgan gave me a big run around as well (Mid America Diesel - I did write up a report on them).

After months of not getting hold of Al I discovered that the genset was obsolete and worthless. The repair report Al showed me was not correct, the repair were in the thousands and the genset was nothing more than scrap metal. To top it off the repair shop in Brighton Colorado sold the generator for scrap metal.

Al stated that he would make thing right and return my money - that has not happened. I have learned I am not the only one Al has gone bad with - Be ware!
