Complaint Review: Arizona Exterminating

Regional Manager, Doug Wily, actually said to an employee (a mexican girl) that if he "had his way, he'd only have spanish-speaking people working" there. He is a two-faced, arrogant liar who has absolutely no idea how to run the company; he was just a salesman before he got this job! Also, be careful if you ever do business with them! The pest control "contract" doesn't tell you that they can keep charging you for as long as they want, even if you don't get the services! The salesman mentions it very briefly, and that's all they need to do! Also, on the termite warranties, you're paying for an inspection once a year & any re-treatments your property may need. Unfortunately, you have to call 20 times to get the inspection! Oh, and the girl who takes the pest control calls (Teresa), talk about an attitude! She has a HORRIBLE attitude & even hangs up on customers! The girl who does the billing & termite stuff (Kristen), has her head so far up her @*%! she doesn't know which end is up! The corporate secretary (Tara), is just a plain nasty b***h!
