In October of 2007 I found a scorpion in my home in Arizona and researched exterminators in the area. Arizona Exterminating explained to me they were the all pest solution no matter what the problem was they could come take care of it. I was told a tech would be out the next day. Well the next morning someone came to the door but it wasn't a tech it was a sales guy, well I wanted the scorpions and the other bugs I was finding gone so I said alright to having them come out monthly for $35 a month. Finally 3 days later I had an actual tech come out and do the initial spray and treatment. He said it should solve the problem I was having and with the service I was getting I could call anytime and they would come out for no extra fee.

Well the very next day what did I find but another scorpion so I called to let them know that whatever they sprayed didn't solve the problem. Finally someone came out again after having to argue with them on the phone to get someone out. November came and went but I just assumed that maybe they were overlooking the month since they came out late in October. Then December came and they were suppose to come the first Friday of the month. By the second week I called to find out what was going on since once again I was having more problems with little pests. Oh I am so sorry is what I got on the phone let me get someone out tomorrow I don't know how it got overlooked, and for all the the trouble they told me I would be comped that month and for November. So I was figuring alright they are trying to make up for their mistake. January came around and I found another scorpion in my kitchen which got me to realize that it was almost the third week in January and I had not had the exterminator come out for a treatment. So Again I called to ask why I was getting these bills in the mail and expected to pay when no one is coming out. I spoke with the manager Dan who by the way was never available when I called until about the fifth call, and again I got I am so sorry and I will cancel the charges for this month and get someone out right away. By the time they got the tech out it was the first week of February so my January service was now a month late.

Well now 3 days after the tech came out I found a bunch of ants along with another scorpion. I called to tell them that again I was having problems right after the tech came in to spray. The tech was sent out to spray again. Then I got another bill after I was told that everything was taken care of and I would not be charged because of all the problems. March came around and again did not see the tech. I made another phone call this time telling Dan the manager that I just wanted to cancel my service altogether that this was getting ridiculous and that the tech that was assigned to my house never did a decent job and also got to close for comfort in my opinion. Dan said he wanted me to give him one more chance this time he would send a different tech and again this service would be comped for all the trouble. The new tech called to schedule a time to come out to spray but told me this is the only day and time I will come out I was like what I have a life and I can't take off work just so you can come do your job. Again made another call to Dan who said he would talk to him and arrange a better time.

Well the new guy came out and sprayed. The next day I went outside and picked up a bag of charcoal laying against the house to find yet another scorpion. I called and spoke with Dan again saying this is crazy I don't want your services anymore nothing is getting done. Once again I got the speech of give us one more chance I will comp this service for your trouble. Ok fine I am a pushover so I let it continue with this pattern until July when I had had enough. I was still getting a bill every month for services I was told I would not be charged for. I felt as though I was calling every week because of getting a bill or not getting service or finding more bugs. In July I called and canceled service altogether I told them I would be moving out of state and that I was done with all the headaches their company had given me.

I thought it was over until August when I got another bill. I blew that bill off not wanting to deal with it at the moment. Then the first week of September I am in my new place in a new state, I get a call from the tech to verify that he would be coming by in the morning. The first time that the tech ever called or was even on time and this was after I had canceled my service and moved out of state. I told the tech that I was surprised to get a call since I had canceled service and didn't live at that address. The tech told me he could come to my new location and continue my services I didn't have to cancel just because I moved. I said I moved out of state and was done with their company. I was ready to just put this whole thing behind me and try and forget about almost a year of frustration. Until today Sept 22 when I got another bill in the mail. I called and once again I am so sorry for all the trouble it is taken care of. But that was the last straw and I hope that no one else gets pulled into their BS and lies. We will see next month if I get another bill.
