Arizona health care system ranked among nation’s worst Misdiagnosed me.
The medical doctors stated on my medical report I am a type 2 diabetic and when I was in physical therapy rehab (they did not give me insulin for 18 hours) and put me into ketoacidosis where I had to be rushed back to the hospital to get insulin drip to get my blood sugar's down (they could have killed me).
In America I cannot believe they allow a state like Arizona to function in this fashion? it is costing people their lives. Arizona health care system ranked among nation’s worst
