Complaint Review: Arizona Pain Specialists

I scheduled my appointment with this clinic with high expectations, anticipating relief from cancer induced pain. What a surprise this was !! This clinic is run strictly by a group of physician assistants with little Dr supervision. The front office is made up of inexperienced young women with no knowledge of insurance, billing or their own office policies.The majority of their time is utilized making personal phone calls and yapping with each other. What a disappointment.

To make it even better, despite multiple visits and phone calls to resolve my issues, all I have received in return is responses by the staff that borders on rude, passing the buck with complacent answers and no solutions.

I was prescribed a medication for one month that requires a predetermination for future prescriptions. Not only could this cracker jax team not get that handled, but I was casually informed that should I discontinue usage waiting on the predetermination, I could have seizures. Great. So, because of their ineptness I am out $400 to pay for the prescription I so desperately need. Their response to me? Well, we are working on it and will call you. Have you heard from them?
