I have been a regular member of that site and have purchased or responded to dozens of ads... The administrator banned my access to his site because I exercised polite but direct free speech. Specifically I commented on the ridiculous pricing of weapons by individuals on that site, comparing it to the Real estate Disaster of a few years ago and everyone wanting the government to bail them out because they made bad decisions. This is apparently not a site that supports the Constitution of the United States...and the First Amendment,

The site administrator, a guy named Tim T., (true last name unknown) (typically the type of guy to hide their own identity) practices censorship and allows only what he wants to allow, and should anyone speak up, well, he will just bump your account and thats it...

There are several government types that practice this kind of censorship, like Facism, Communism and various other forms of Dictatorships; but I take some refuge in the knowledge that Tim T. is no more than a wanna be cop most likely, probably a security officer somewhere who wants to be someone of authority but just cant make it happen, so his website is all he has power over.

And just to illuminate the situation for viewers, Im not some complainy whiner, Im a retired policeman of over 18 years with a clean service jacket and a full ASU education with a diploma issued in this decade... so Im not just ranting about something I know nothing about...

Ignorant Rant part deux

Speedyracer1987's comments regarding his removal from the Arizonashooting.com website are clearly one sided and express his version of the events only. I'd like to offer another perspective to the incident. Firstly, the person that banned Speedy from the site was not the site administrator but a moderator (who has clear authority to do so when a forum users comments become abusive or destructive to the peace and security of the forum). Second, I am privy to the incident in which Speedy refers to when ranting in this forum. Without getting into the details of the offences Speedy committed to get himself banned, let me just say he was given several opportunities to "make it right". He never availed himself of those opportunities and was thus ejected. I am neither the forum administrator nor the moderator who banned Speedy. I have no interest in this complaint other than to offer the "rest of the story". I do not feel it incumbant upon me to defend the website in question either. However, as stated in a few rebuttals above, Speedy does need to learn a lesson in the First Amendment of our blessed Constitution. Private businesses are not subject to the restrictions placed on our government when it comes to your right to free speech. As a private business (as a website is), the business owner can curtail any speech he deems offensive, derogitory or otherways unworthy of his tolerance. This in no way violates your rights. Public websites such as those with a .gov, etc. do not have those restrictions so you are free to say whatever you want. You will notice that even this website placed restrictions on what you can say (like no foul language, personal information, racist remarks, etc.). So, that being said, perhaps Speedyracer1987 should bone up on his history a bit before going off on a slant.

Hey I am on your side. The problem is the gun hating site called Arizona shooting is a private business. Which mean the rights protected under the constitution do not extend there unless they violate it. This basically means unless you can prove discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or sexual perversion you are screwed.
There is nothing stopping your from starting a bs board like AZS to voice your thoughts and deny others that very right if you claim they violated some lame a*s bs rules.

The as*hat called tim bed wetter is a perfect example of the people at AZS. This very as*hat has attacked other private businesses for banning firearms on their private property under the chant of bed wetter T's right to bear arms. Where is the chant of a private business now?

Your complaint about the website you've been banned from Is ignorant. You even pulled the "I'm a cop" card and even tried using your degree to create an end-all argument. There are ignorant people in all professions and law enforcement in not excluded. You should have learned something in your academy about private property. I recommend you talk to a security officer if you need a refresher on private property. And why do some of you cops feel the need to assume all security officer's are wanna be cops who "want to be someone of authority"? Reminder.....cops are civilians too. And what authority do you think you have over me while your starring at me through your sunglasses wearing your hall monitor sash and sitting in your car that goes woo woo. Big effing deal.

Since your a cop with a degree in this decade, you would surely know that Arizona is a great state with its title 13's. You see, I have a badge and a gun too and I can wear them on private property while all you can do is just look at me from the side of the street until someone feels like calling you over. Did I mention that I can transport my arrests too? Most of the time I call a taxi, I mean police, to transport my prisoner for me.

Your P.O.S.T certified arrogance means nothing to me.

"and a full ASU education with a diploma issued in this decade"

Did you learn anything about the constitution and the first amendment at ASU? Doesn't sound like it.

The board is a private website and the administrator has the right control the content in any way he sees fit. You are free to start your own website and do the same thing.
