We did purchased Hickory ark flooring back in November 2012 After a 3 month of installation it shows severe checking and cracking, The all floor needs to be replaced all over the house. We did spoke to Ira Letkowitz CEO and Justin Hernandez Regional Sales Manager, there is no reasonable resolution was offered. Manufacture and distributor are refusing to acknowledge warranty and replace it. Also, they refuse to provide copy of sertifications for the produact. BE aware, you may have same problem by purchasing cheap CHINA flooring material. We will be taking legal actions, please contact us if you have problems with ARK flooring. POOR PRODUCT VERY DISAPOINTEDD !!!!

Hello,
I know you posted 2014. We purchased ark floors too and its awful. What is your status with the legal action? I would like to do the same thing. The foors are tragic for what we paid. So sad.
