Complaint Review: Arlie (Allen) And Tara Walker

These people rented a house from a family member of mine. They had 5 children and as about 4 months went along they were pregnant again with there 6th child. She got fired from her job he was in between jobs. They tried saying they made payments, made up stories that payments were made and that the Mortgage Company must've messed up somewhere ( YAH RIGHT!)

Then they claimed there check book was stolen. The benefit of the doubt was given but then they said that they paid in cash but got no receipts.(SO GUESS WHAT NO PROOF) Come to find out they were not paying there payments at all, but when they did make some payments they were not full payments. Phone calls were made, and letters were left on there door to contact myself or my family member which was selling the house on land contract. They could use my phone or my cell phone, or the landlord would call my house or cellphone, so all they had to do was come to my house 5 miles down the road. This was so they didnt have to use there home phone (arrangements were made to accomadate them) which there phone ended up being disconnected along with there cell phone and they wouldn't even use our phone to make contact with the landlord (my family member). They had several hound dogs and a cat that left urine and odors in the house.

There were dirty new born diapers in the house laying on the carpet, mold and magets growing in the refridgerator open loaves of bread laying around, peanut butter with mold, it took about 3 trash bags full to empty egg cartons underneath the kitchen cabinets, it took several attempts with eviction notices to get these people out.

They stole a riding lawn mower which they did not pay for, they ended up filing bankruptcy without notifying there landlord, so no one knew they were filing until we finally had eviction papers when they said they had a paper which under the Federal Laws they couldn't be kicked out until they had gotton there discharge for there bankruptcy . Come to find out, after they damaged all the carpet, the side of the shed, knobs in the house, the front door and screen door, (which they kicked in when we tried to evict them with eviction papers) They also broke the doors on the shed, they built 3 dog houses on the side of the shed, which in the land contract it stated no structural damages (projects) without permission.

2 floors were replaced, all carpet, and it took 72 hours to clean the property and inside the house, over 15 trash bags were used to haul off there garbage it stunk so bad, tabacco all over the floor along with the dirty new born diapers, made it almost impossible to clean and sanitary napkins (used) that were opened just laying in the bathroom. This was the grossed thing I ever seen in my life. Luckily they had about 10 mousetraps in the cabinets so no mice, the way they lived they should have probably had mice. Burn hole in the kitchen floor, crayon markings on the counters and blinds on the sliding glass doors. Blinds in the bedrooms ruined. Before they moved in the house was emaculant. It had new carpet and new appliances, it took a lot of cleaning up to try to get them back to there new look. Carpet was replaced, and blinds too, it's a matter of making small investements at a time it is now liveable and looks nice but a few minor things can be fixed slowly at a time. When they left they left in the middle of the night using a semi trailer to haul there junk away in trash bags then they broke the porch rails and put ruts in the yard and drove right over the ditch, these people lived like hogs and had no respect for others property, since they were doing land contract and the house was not in there name I guess they decided to destroy the house and leave to move into someone else's house to probably destroy it too. BUT THIS TIME THEY CAN'T FILE BANKRUPTCY.

These people didnt even show up for there court date, and I was there when the police officer served papers and then they said they didnt get any papers, that's funny the police officers signature was on the paper and a time and date, and I also had a witness with me. These people will do anything to make you think they're paying there bills. But they're really not. I feel sorry for the kids BUT I don't feel sorry for Arlie (Allen) and Tara Walker. They made there choice on how to live and it was a poor choice.

My family members work hard they are professional truck drivers and all that they worked for got taken away because these people filed bankruptcy, I think there should be a law, that WHEN you file bankruptcy the landlords are to be DEFINETLY NOTIFIED AND HEARD, so that they can make there statement and bring video tape and photos, to support there claim, so that tenants, can't get away with destroying a house and filing on it along with damages.

This way my family members could have gotton backed up rent and some kind of damages out of it. Pretty sad the outside work with the lawn care was always up to snuff (until they moved out), but the inside of the house was trashed.

So in my closing if you get new neighbors Take a look at your neighbors yard if it's cleaned up BEWARE because Arlie (Allen) and Tara Walker may be your new neighbors.
