The confusion and frustration no doubt discourages the participant from finding and unable to mail in a rerbate form, It is my opoinion that there is no intwention of sdupplyoing a rebate form, thas te whole promotion is a hoax. I urge buyers to complain to Arm & Hammer and to discontinue purchas of any Arm & Hammer product and to tell everyone wqithin eac shot the delimma.
