Complaint Review: ARMANDO AMAT

i called mr. amat and i requested his service for an instalation of laminate floor. i gave him $ 3610.00 to buy the floor material on 3/30/07, we wait for him about a month aproximately because he told us that he will receive the floor on the end of april, so we called him several times and always he has an excuse, until the first days of this month that i called him many times and he did not answer me, so i called my cousin and he called him and ask him to give me my money back because i was thinking to go to the police.

he drop off a check at my cousin house but this check has not funds, i when to the bank monday and also today and his account does not has the funds available. here is his florida driver license # a 530-000-67-369-0, please if someone can help me with this matter
