this is company that stretches and uses grandeur as daily operation.  Infomericals, free seminars, 3 day, bus tours, they all stretch the truth to the limit.  This company only cares about taking your money, and giving you rainbow dreams.  they sell, misleading dream and few will achieve.  The facts are, only less than 5% of the REO's quality for this target and their really isn't enough qualified properties that will fit into this system.  The teaching is way too general and they do it on purpose because they have way too many students, out killing themselves in a down REO market while he rakes in millions of new students every 6 wks..  The 2nd bus tour, the LV can mostly be learned from the 1st bus tour, and certainly not worth the extra money.  Nothing is every passed out or written down, the concepts are loose, the ideas are vague and of the 300+ new students each 6 wks that are set free by this deceptive real estate education company.  Don't be fooled by the endorsement of Money Mag, I doubt more than 5 to 10 people will become profitable with this concept.  Make no mistake about this company, they want your money, and in turn, they mainly sell you Chamelot sitting on a rainbow.  More courses are always in the works, and more outrageous fees and nearly worthless promises and guarantees.
