This company claims it will give you all the information you need to establish a successful real estate investment business but leaves you hanging. Weekly conference calls and a different phone 'mentor' every time one calls in for informational support is completely inadequate. Thousands of dollars for pennies worth of service. Most disengenous bunch I have ever encountered for solid business counsel.

And folks DO NOT let the seminar group's fool You into thinking that the ones filing these reports are quitters,losers or lazy. I am a go getter , I was really excited after retirement of starting my own business in Real Estate Investing, I know it can be done with the right mentor but the Armando montelongo is not the right mentor he is an entaintainer and showman full of hype. DO NOT let them ruin your life as they have so many others. Trust Me there are local mentors in your local REI clubs in your area who are more trustful and knowlegable and Cheaper !

Well it's now 2017 and after many times to make contact with the AM group still NO House Flip. Ever since We ask for our money back the Armando montelongo group has shunned us. I have made many efforts to try and make this work, Every time I call and let them know I haven't received any updates or conference calls the company ask for my email address , I give it to them everytime and for about a week I get an invite for a conference call , once they find out it's me all emails and invites stop.Armando lied after we signed up the master mentor program. He stated a mentor would come to our area and promised a house flip within 3 days, never happen, he changed his contract right in the middle of our training and we were unawear of it. $50,000 thousand dollars later and ruined credit still no house flip or refund of our money. Thanks Armando you runined my life took my retirement money and now your living well while others suffer. The least You could is make things right.
