Yes, I was stupid to sign up for this seminar, however, Armando Montelongo is a total rip off. They suck you in to purchase their program to learn how to flip houses and promise you to that you will make money doing so. When you sign up you get a mentor, which was not helpful at all, he did not mentor me at all, had no solutions to my obstacles that I was facing. They also promised that you would get his construction crew, come to find out, his construction crew is too busy to get to yours, that is IF you can get a property to buy at the price he says you should. Boot Camp - they came to your home state and said they will teach you how to do it in your own area - they did not teach anything at all - took you around the city and showed you houses that was it. none of the properties were possible to flip. Then the last day of the class the teacher got sick - sent us home early. After they get you to sign up, there is no help after. The credit card i gave them - they charged it- I did not even sign the slip.
