This coaching program is a scam. They tell you they will find you the properties, they will get them funded for you if you have no money, no credit, or no equity to use, then they will coach you step by step holding your hand on how to rehad the property and resell. What a joke. You get sent information from them that can found on the computer for free. They never answer the phone when you call for questions, you play phone tag, then when you do talk to them they don't answer the questions you have, they pass you on to speak to someone else.
We were not beginning investors and had specific questions that they would not answer. They wanted to upsell us further advanced training. Ohh then they tell you you get a triple your money back guarantee if you don't flip a property in 6 weeks. Well they refuse to even give me a refund on the program itself. I can't imagine trying to get 3x the amount returned when the time comes. We appreciate the honest feedback regarding the program. If in fact those claims were made, this would be absolutely unacceptable and not reflective of the program. Rather than being indicative of the program as a whole, that would represent one rogue individual who got off script and made claims completely outside of the scope of the program. The Armando coaching program has legitimately helped many hundreds of students over the years successfully flip homes. That being said, we stand behind what our employees say, and it is not fair to any student to have one thing promised and then taken away, and this particular situation was resolved.
The Armando Montelongo Coaching Program is an educational vehicle. Rather than simply providing things (such as deals, loans, etc.) we teach people how to pursue and find these things themselves. The philosophy is rather than giving a man a fish, which ends at the conclusion of the program, it is rather to teach a man to fish, which empowers the individual for the rest of their life.
