i went to a free armando montelongo seminar and was promised flip houses useing his program. i payed 1500$ to  go to this 3-day seminar that was taught by a man named bob venter. the only thing thing that was taught by him was that he made a ton of money fliping houses . bob venter  in a nutshell explained to us that it does'nt take money to make money,he has a house in st. thomas, and showed us how to do math problems that were used to show the money either imaginary people made or possible real people made. bob venter  then asked the crowed if they liked to make that kind of money and the crowd screamed yea. this was a mind control scam that made everyone agree and he got the class to do what he wanted. he continued to do these equations that didnt mean nothing but how much  u could make.do you know how to buy real estate with out your own money? NO u say so ill tell u barrow from friends, barrow from credit cards, refinance ur house and  then pay for a meintor for a larger some of money . i learned alot from this seminar and how to brainwash the ignorent and if u have money, invest it in realaty. do not be fooled by the rich cause as we all know the rich get richer and the poor spend there money on learning leasons from the rich.  all in all it does take money to make money and if u have it u can be rich. people lets get to gether and help the less fortunate like myself take back what belongs to us.the poor class are soon to be the majority so   letstakstand will help us become a better nation.

I would be angry too if I paid $1500. for a seminar that told me I didn't need money to buy a house..so just use a credit card and borrow it? How is that not needing money?

All of these get rich quick real estate seminars and kits etc..all useless.

No matter how motivated a seller is..it is going to require money to buy a house. There..I just gave a seminar for free.

I agree the rich keep getting richer..and it takes money to make money.

If the poor want to take anything back..they should avoid scams like this..take the 1500 and put it towards a down payment. You can get a good deal on a house these days no doubt.

I would imagine that these con men giving the seminars are not making any money on real estate..but on the seminars.
