Order a item using their online store and received the tracking number. Looked at where the package was using the tracking number, it was going to the wrong address. So I called the company and they said that fed-ex may have made a mistake and to call them. I did and asked about the tracking number it was correct, but it was not mine it was for another person. So I called armani again, and they said they'll look into. I later received an email staing to check my tracking number, but it still was not changed, still the old one that was not mine. I asked them to shipp another one since I asked Fed-Ex to search for my name and there was no packages going to my name or even to my address. They said they can't until the issue is resolved, becasue they still think the package was received.

They don't seem to comprehend that I don't live in Florida and my shipping address which is correct with them is not Florida, but Illinois. I then recieve another email that said they are confused. I almost died laughing at this point, because I would hope they of all people would know where they're items are going and where the might have gone, but still nothing.
