Armor Defense Armor Cloud Security Failure to Service My Account and Very Difficult to Work With

Here are the issues my firm has experienced with Armor:

  • Lack of responsive customer service continiously 
  • Change their backend platform at least 3 times in 6 years
  • Failure to deal with a continious foreign breach a few years ago until I pushed the issue
  • CEO doesn't seem to care or take complaints seriously
  • Had to change servers 3 times because in 6 years at my own expense
  • They don't adopt new backend software easily because they are concern of security, often being at least a generaton behind for a long period of time
  • Some customer support was good, but more oftne than not they seemed like they didn't care or just didn't get back
  • I left the company and our current server is a lot faster than Armor ever was 

I stayed with this firm for over 6 years, didn't often need support, but when I did they just were lacking and often slow, enough to really tick me off at some points.  Complaints to management did no good, while they did an initial outreach, that is where it ended.

Nobody seemed to care and perhaps it didn't fit in their long term growth model to provide the service, I don't know, but when an email is sent to leadnership and they don't care, then it perhaps means that service is not part of their long term strategy. I really don't recommend this firm, it was truly a struggle to work with them. Everyting I posted here are of course my opinons of this firm and what I feel I experienced with Armor.
