Armstrong Flooring ProSource Flooring Jacksonville Refuses to honor warranty Lancaster Pennsylvania

 We bought Armstrong laminate wood flooring through ProSource of Jacksonville.  Within 24 hours the floor started chipping (this was during the Christmas holiday 2013).  We contacted ProSource within 2 weeks of installation.  An agent from Armstrong came to our home twice.  At one point one of the representatives looked at the flooring and said for us not to worry it would be taken care of.  We also had a "neutral" installer remove some of the planks to send to Armstrong.  As he was removing one, he chipped another.  It took 8 months for them to tell us that they will not honor the "lifetime" waranty because the floor is not defective.  It is definitely defective.  We are crushed.  We spent well over 10k for this upgraded, lifetime warranty laminate.  Do not buy from Armstrong or ProSource.  We plan to pursue whatever avenue we can to get our money back.  After further research, we discovered that Armstrong is not a believer in honoring their warranty.
