Arnel Property Management Ripoff Withhold Security Deposit Slum Lords Westminster California
When we first moved into Arnel we had no toilet, no water, mice, no bathtub, to countertops, and things got worse from there! We just moved out at the end of our lease (July 2006) and still can't get away from them! They are now trying to charge us to refinish the bathtub. There is absolutely nothing wrong with thte tub. In fact, it looks brand new! These people are horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! My life has been hell for the past year. I cannot even begin to describe the living conditions we had to endure for a year.
