Arnel Property Management ripped me off for $639.00 of my $650.00 deposit Rowland Heights California
I recieved a detailed list of all the deductions they charged me for, and 85% of the charges were bogus.
I was charged for painting, although there was absolutely no damage done to any walls.
I was charged for counter tops that were in exactly the same condition as when I moved in, etc The list was so long it left me with $10.00 and change by the time they were finished.
It's a crime[I'm sure], but I can't afford a lawyer to file charges, or sue.

Small Claims Court...
charged you for painting??? Painting is considered normal wear and tear. You should have a good case...
