Complaint Review: Arnold Fletcher alliance financial service

 Oct 22,2015 Arnold Fletcher contacted me saying he got my name from Julio Contreras , whom I do not know , and knew I was a real estate investor I wanted to know what his terms would be in order to start the loan process we agreed on terms for the $250000 loan signed his contract and now I need to send him $2000 he gave me a name of a different person to money gram the money to after he recieved the 2000 in 24 hours I will recieve the loan well the money didn't come now one of the partners is in doubt about me David and needs $1000 and then the loan will be funded. I send the 1000 by money gram to a different person Again no loan this time the bank needs 750. I send the 750 again no money this time the girl I sent the money to skips town with the money and they won't fund the loan till I send another 500 for the bank charges after much fighting I send the 500 again no money guess what the state of Washington has a new law and I have to pay 1550 for some kind of code. I won't do it and to this day April 4,2016 he is still trying to get more money out of me. So all total I sent him $4250 and he sent me zero he has an excuse for everything and everything is always my fault he claims no responsibility. I did report him to my local sheriff and they have issued an arrest warrant for him. I have also reported him to the district attorney of Washington and they are investigating.
