Just like the other reports about this company, I was attempting to resolve my NTTA issue and do what I was supposed to do. I called the Arnold Scott Harris nnumber that was given on the notice and was on hold for 2 hours! 

The two hours were spent listening to extremely choppy hold music and a choppy voice recording that I could barely understand.

When I finally spoke to someone she was just as choppy, I tried to explain the issue to her, but she couldn't understand me because of the line, I tried again to explain and I was hung up on.

I had a friend call from her phone and she had the same issue as I did. I called back and even as I report this I have been on hold for an hour mins and counting listening to the same choppy music and recording as before.

The concern I have is, are the ones that have been trying to resolve an issue going to be the ones held accountable?

What is going to be done with the accounts of those who were doing our due diligence, but due to this company's poor quality standards we could not take care of anything? 

This is just pathectic!

Finally Got Through and Good things happened.

 I had to post a surprising follow up, after another hour and a half I finally got through the choppy lines to speak to a representative.

Again, the rep did not undersdtand everything I was saying, and between the the horrible connection, I managed to hear him say he would call me back. 

The representative actually Did call back and apologized! I was able to take care of my business and ask him about the connection, he says that they have been working on it, but there's not ETA.

He also stated that the reps to have calller id so that they could call back. I wish the first representative would have called me back and all of this would have been resolved.

However, I do want to  give Chris kudos for going the extra mile.
