Will try to tell you A lot is wrong with job and will be very minor. Will charge a lot and not do job properly. Like for instance if he is painting and it needs primer , if you are not watching then he will just paint color and take the primer. Also will tell you a lot is wrong so he can charge high dollar for something not needing repair.
