I travel for a living with a fund raising group which means we stay mainly in hotels.  This was one of the most expensive and unpleasant hotels we have ever stayed at.  We have a kitten that travels with us and the maids stole her harness and a few toys.  They sell food at the front desk, such as slim jims and candy bars but one of our kids bought a slim jim and it had expired 2 months before that.  They did nothing to fix the situation, they told him to pick another and it was expired too!

Since we are not for profit group we usually get pretty good rates at hotels but we were paying $75 per room ($15 more than the advertized rate, and $40 more than we pay at most hotels.)  We also caught the kitten catching and eating cockroaches under the beds.  There's still no verdict on what the stain on the sheet was which is fine because we don't really want to know what it was anyway.

This hotel needs serious work on its customer service skills.
