Aron And Associates Ripoff worsens Action Financial sues on Identity Theft using Aron and Associates Tucson Arizona
Aron and Associates filed a lawsuit on me for the fraudelent account falsified into Identity theft by Gerald E Moore. Action Financial was sold this account and they said the payment date was August 7, 2003. The date they filed was August 17, 2006. They did not stop court action when told it was past the statute of limitations for AZ but instead filed it as breech of contract.
I requested information and the original contract since I knew the debt was not mine. I also knew if they added any old accounts of mine to it the dates would definitely be past the statute of limitations since I have not had any credit cards since 2002-2005.
They refused to disclose any account information and so did Action Financial. I have filed for them being in default for refusal to follow the rules of disclosure and suing on a debt past the statute of limitations.
I am not a lawyer and I have three more companies trying identity theft with me and I need help.

Contact Federal Trade Commission after you make a Police report. You can also recieve a Reward by downloading form 3949A from IRS.gov. After, they investigate, you will get the Reward for everything they find wrong.
Next you want to contact US Postal Inspectors, FBI.gov/submit a tip and Secret Service. They love those types of criminals! After you have done all that, Check your credit report and contest everything on it and put a credit freze on it and send a copy to Federal Trade along with your fingerprints, a handwritten letter for handwriting analysis and comparison and every place you have lived and worked or gone to school for the past twenty years.
You may have to do it several times, but it will be worth it! That should do it. Good luck.
