your freedom of speech is not guaranteed against an individual, if you would take time to read between the lines it is only guaranteed when directed towards government, otherwise it is considered libel or slander. Someone fell asleep during American Government in high school. You should of gone to work, you knew what you signed up for. I'm sure he owes you nothing and can sue you for your libelous actions.

I have been an employee of PEM for 5 yrs and find this absolutely rediculous!!! Once again some stupid girl with no brains didn't follow the rules. She feels she is owed or expects something different than everybody else! The same rules apply to everyone...u no show an event u get penalized! So, this accusation that you have so bitterly written is completely pathetic. I have worked for Professional Events for over ten years and have known Aron Mezo and developed a friendship with him during this time. Never once has Aron ever made me feel uncomfortable or been anything but professional during events. Aron has so many girls that work for him, do you really feel as if you're that special and you're the only one who he's making feel uncomfortable? The type of business Aron runs requires working with a lot of women, girls such as yourself who tend to probably be flakey and once you're scheduled don't show up to events. This is the easiest job I have ever had and it's good quick extra money. If you are a professional person that treats every event you are put on as if it were your real full time job you would have no problems. Calling Aron a jerk, because of the way he runs his business makes you look like a complete moron. If you had any brain in your small head you would realize that this is a BUSINESS, every event that is booked is money not only for you but for the company, if you are late to an event or you don't bother to show up then you are A) not only, not going to make the money you were suppose to but now Aron has to take a cut in his pay on your behalf, you are now costing him money. Plus he also has to make it right for future business with the client. I think before you go around posting blogs or whatever this is on the internet, you should disclose the whole story about yourself, the amount of money you were able to make with Aron and how many chances Aron gave you because you were obviously a flake. Everybody has emergency situations that come up and may require you to not be at an event as scheduled but if this is something that is not constant with you Aron and his office staff are very understanding and will work you and do their best to find a replacement if possible. If you're making money -it's a job, treat it like that and you will be very happy. Don't blame other people for your lack of work ethics. I'd pray if I had a company I wouldn't make the mistake of hiring you. You owe Aron an apology as far as I'm concerned. Go marry a rich guy and never work a day in your life that's probably what you are good for. Sad for you.

Fact: Professional Events has been in business for over 12 years in Arizona, without ZERO lawsuits against it by its contractors, employees, or clients. In addition, I've had ZERO sexual harassment or reports of the like, and have had over 2500 models work for us over the last 12 years.

Fact: Our payroll is consistently accurate, albeit an occasional oversight as is common in all companies. Any reported paycheck issues are corrected; if we were shorting people on pay checks we wouldn't be in business for 12 years and would have had at least a few lawsuits or formal complaints, as opposed to internet complaints like this that anyone can post under a fake name and hide behind the website's "privacy" policy

Fact: People who have a legitimate beef have many recourses available under law, a small claims can be filed in Arizona for $35, and a civil suit up to $10,000 for only $60. Neither require representation by an attorney.

Fact: I wouldn't be in business for 12 years if I was "scamming" on models that work for us, and I've got hundreds and hundreds that will testify that I don't run my business like that. This is a card the unfortunately unaccountable females sometimes abuse to try to gain sympathy or lend fake legitimacy to their claims

Problem is many young attractive girls don't know the meaning of the word accountability, and don't know what its like to be held accountable for their missteps or inconsideration. Common behavior unfortunately is to try to place blame or make excuses, and sadly more so these days to try and fault the other person for holding them accountable. It comes from a society of people who grew up watching the "real world", instead of living in it.
