My health got bad I had to return merchandise, they kept saying that they would pick it up, I finally took it back to them. It was reported as a charge off and now it's a collection. Does corporate office read these comments?

It was YOU who failed to make your payments for whatever excuse and YOU who brought this upon yourself. It is YOU who STILL owes the money especially on late or missing payments.
