i leased a side by side refigarater from them and all's well in the beginning and then one of the petals on the ice maker/water diapenser broke. i reported it to the store and they kept telling me that they were going to fix it and they never done anything with (but still wanted there payment). so i called the area manager and had a conversation wity him and he stated that it was wear and tear and was not covered by the warrenity and that we was going to take to the store manager to see if he pay for it. i told the area manager that when i went to get refridg. that i was told that everything was covered until the refridg. was paid off. (any other rental companies i've ever rented from fixed and problem) so i let that go for 5 months now and the refridg. still not fixed. then anther problem has arrived the panel for the water/ice has malfunction it was only putting out crushed ice and not cubed ice so here i go calling them again and they sent the delevery boys out to see if they can fixed it and what can they do i needed a repair man. so i called the office back and the manager said he was going to call their repair man to come fix it have not heard from the repair man or from the store to see when they are going to fix it still have 5 mth to pay on it but they are calling for the payment and coming by my house to collect but i tell them to fix their stuff first.

If you were current on your payment when you first made the complaint, call the complaint line ( if you don't know it call the store they have to give it to you). The Best thing to do before you stop making payment is to call ( they suppose to be out their to repair or give you a loner within one day ( my former store with a refrigerator we would be out their that day.  REMEMBER YOU PAY 10% OF YOUR MONTH PAYMENT FOR SERVICE SO YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT, by not fixing the problem Aaron's is not holding up their part of the contract.
