I am working on a file that has a collection of an old Citibank account that Arrow Financial now has. The dates have been changed, the DLA is wrong. They are reporting DLA as 07/2003 and it should be early 1997. The Balance is 14,853.00, $7889.00 more than $6964 high credit being shown. I am a Mortgage broker. I often have to get files updated and corrected and get dups off. I have been trying to get this file corrected and the credit agency I am working with has submitted four times to get corrected info. They(ARROW) say all they have is the info since they obtained the file. Liars

I reported them to the FTC and the Attorney Generals Office today. The lady I spoke with filed the report against them for purposely reporting incorrect information.

I think these Arrow people are trained to NOT obey the law.
