Complaint Review: Arrow Mobile Home Movers

The amount of time it normally takes to move a single wide mobile home start to finish is 5 hours. Arrow Movers out of Leesville, LA showed up an hour late to move ours. They worked 2 hours and took a lunch break. Everything had been disconnected for them; the Air Conditioner, Skirting, and all Wiring. Nothing was in the way. All they had to do was put tires on, attach the tongue and unblock. This alone took 5 hours. They finally delivered it and had it blocked 10 hours after starting and didn't even tie and anchor down the trailer. To make matters worse they tried charging us $300 for putting a few boards down across a ditch. We were not told ahead of time that this was extra.

We called the owner and he tried to make excuses for the amount of time it took to do this job and called my husband a liar, saying we did know it was extra to put the boards down. His workers were extremely unproffesional, as they made snide comments the entire time about how we wanted things done, and how high we wanted the home above the ground.

DO NOT use this company. They are completely unproffesional and apparently try to rip you off. Also, the price we were quoted on the phone was to include the company moving the air conditioner and stairs as well. My husband had to move those himself.

Stay far away from Arrow if you live in Southwest Louisiana and need a Mobile Home Moved. They have caused such stress and headache. In my opinion this is the company from H**l, a complete and total nightmare.
