Complaint Review: ARS Rescue Rooter

I recently moved in this house and desired fall inspection of the furnace. I called ARS and they send a techy to do the work. He looked at the furnace and said the heat exchangers were all cracked on my 11 year old Bryant Furnace. The cost to fix would be $1040.04 and suggested it might be better think about replacing the furnace for a more efficient model. I listened and after he left, I decided to get a second opinion. I called a Bryant dealer. He inspected the furnace and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the heat exchangers or anything else in the unit.

I think ARS should be tagged as a predatory business that seeks to mislead and exploit those who seek their help.
