 Never use these guys for plumbing or ac/heater work. They overcharge, arrive hours late and require mulitple visits to get it right. I bought an ac two years ago, they had to come back 5 times to fix issues, one which dumped water thru my ceiling that I had to fix. Then I called them for warrant work for the hot water heater they sold me when I bought the ac and charged $350 for a 10 minute fix.

DON"T USE THESE GUYS!!!!!

Corporate with ARS/Rescue Rooter contacted me and asked what problems I had. They also asked what they could do to make everything right. They sent out people to fix all of my issues to my satisfaction, all three, and credited me back an agreed upon credit. Everything has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. I am truly impressed with the amount of effort they went thru to take care of my complaints.
