ARS SYSTEMS Said that I owed payday advance that eas 500 dollars for original creditor but i would owe over 2000 if we went to court. But, if I paid now it would only be 500. Jacksonville Florida
Company located in Jacksonville Florida. They said I owed 2000 dollars because I did not pay a 500 dollar loan back to another company named Paragon Funding in 2013. Two issues. One is the bank they said that payday advance went to I was not a customer with them at that time, and two is that PARAGON Funding does not do payday funding.
Individual stated that my county of residence in the state that I live in was having a court case filed to collect debt. I do not recall taking any loans or even charging credit cards for the whole year of 2013. If I owe then that is one thing but the info I received so far does not collaborate any facts.
