From the moment that I walked in to this hair salon, I have felt very unwelcomed. I printed out a picture of the type of hair style that I wanted that I had found on their web site. They told me that they could not do it and that it would look exactly like how my hair looks now. This was not true at all nor was this the case. My hair looks nothing like how it looks in the picture of the type of hair style that I wanted that I had printed out from their web site. The people at Art Hair Salon and Spa are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and are also COMPLETELY UNEDUCATED about hair as well as hair styles. I am glad that they did not cut my hair at all. I would NEVER let them cut my hair nor would I EVER allow them to even color it. I am NEVER EVER going to go back to Art Hair Salon & Spa. I would NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone that is looking to have a very professional and excellent hair style done. The women that work there are extremely difficult to understand. Also, the service quality is EXTREMELY POOR as well. Not even their name "Art" suits them at all. Please please please please DO NOT go to this hair salon. Always AVOID this hair salon at all times forever. They are just ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and COMPLETELY not worth going to at all.


If you arel looking for a great hair salon in the Roswell, Georgia area...I highly recommend NOT going to Art Hair Salon & Spa.

Dear dissatisfied client, I apologize for your previous experience At Art Hair Salon. I know in today's economy a trip to the spa Should be an enjoyable and luxurious experience in which you Leave our facility feeling beautiful, relaxed and that your hard Earned money was spent wisely.

As the new manager it is extremely disturbing to me that you Had such an unpleasant experience the last time you visited Our salon. I can assure you that things are very different Now. We all speak English and my stylists are some of the Most talented in Atlanta.

They not only listen to their clients needs but are trained By the best in the beauty industry to execute these needs Resulting in nothing less than perfection.

You would be welcomed at the door as if you were a family Member and treated with the utmost respect. Let's be Honest here it is our clients happiness that defines us It is as important as our ability to achieve the looks And results that are desired.

Once again I am EXTREMELY sorry tho MY stylists and I Were not the ones that provided you with this unacceptable Experience and if you could find it in your heart to give US a chance I promise you will find that our ability to Satisfy our customers every needs is as on point as our
