About a year and a half ago I was staying at The Luxor in Las Vegas and decided I wanted to walk over to Mandalay Bay with my mom amd sister and see what kind of stores they have. Walking through them all we found the Art Of Music. Knowing nothing about it the first thing I saw ( first thing anyone saw as it was mounted right in the front of the door ) was a Heath Ledger Joker signed enlarged playing card inside a frame with a picture of the joker and purple felt all around them. I HAD to have this thing, one of my favorite actors and favorite movie/role he played, rest in peace. So we talked with the guy for a few and I told him I would go think about it.

So I did, went and pulled out the cash....yes cash, not card, stupid on my part I know that now. So he said he would take 50% off and so i ended up taking it home for $1000 plus tax. Happy as I was I hung it up and over time got curious on how they got it signed knowing Heath usually signed things with both his first and last name plus they're were only around 20 joker cards signed by him before he passed and they were custom cards that Warner Brothers Studios custom made for the movie....not just any old joker cards from decks you can buy anywhere and definitely not an enlarged bicycle style joker card. That and there was only ONE poster released before he passed and he only signed about 40/50 of the leaked and printed ones fans got.

So how did they get this thing signed? So I sent it into a company to have it authenticated. They sent it back with an envelope that said it was fake. Pissed at this point I email the Art Of Music about it and 6 emails in the manager (Janice Soderberg) is giving me excuse after excuse and arguing with me until she finally says go with a court reputable company. So I get a hold of PSA/DNA to ask them a few questions to make sure they authenticate stuff like this and that they are court reputable and the representative answered yes to all my questions, apparently they have been in court for a few things in the past. So I get everything ready to ship out, figure out that I am paying them $300 to do it all for me. Wait about a week and get my stuff back with yet another envelope stating that it is in they're opinion that it is fake/forged. I get a hold of the manager again and email her what they sent me another couple messages of her arguing and giving me excuses she says that she explicitly said that they will not accept PSA/DNA authentications for entertainment authentications, only sports which no where in any emails did she say that

. Not only that but she gave me only one company that she said she would accept which happens to be the same one that is on the COA that came with the dang picture AND the company is right in they're back yard.....not only that but I'm already $500 deep with authentication companies. I am so frustrated, I have done everything she asked to get a refund and all she can give me are excuses and being complicated. She gave me that option or for her to put it back up on they're wall and sell it to some other sad sucker to buy and she'd give me the money back for it. I won't do that, I was scammed already I don't want someone else to get scammed either. And to answer anyone's question of if I have all the emails between us, yes, i even printed them. I just want a refund of my money and the PSA/DNA authentication fee, I don't even care about the first one since come to find out they aren't court reputable.
