Notify the warranty company . The warranty inspector said it was peeling because it was dry & it's not covered under warranty really. Will not purchase another Warranty. Leather Warranty Rip off..purchase a special order red leather retro furniture. Sofa,love seat & chair. After 5 years the leather peeled. I am single woman with no children. The warranty inspector said it' s peeling because I didn't use the leather moisturizer really. Well,I believe your company Art Van Furniture train you not to honor warranty. Well no more warranty purchases or furniture from Art Van furniture. 2,000 down the drain. Very disappointed..Gardner White here I come.
