Websites such as these are about people expressing their experiences with goods, services, experiences, and so forth. I would like to share my experience of the Arteaga and Garcia law firm. First of and do not make this automatically delete them off of your attorney choice list (which you have plenty). They are inexpensive, and I should have know that a firm with a more appealing rate to defend you also includes the opportunity costs of many factors regarding your confident well-being that they are working for you.

When I called as a "first time client,” I had a lighting fast consultation in their upland office. The first attorney was personally perceived by myself as someone who was firm and alluded me to the perception that the arena in which I was being needing to be represented should not bother me based on both their perceived confidence and field experience. This was after I was quickly walked through my contract to sign. Perception at that time almost seemed bearing and forceful. Again, personal perception of my own experience. My words solely represent what I personally interpret as my experience with the Arteaga and Garcia firm.

The original sheet which you are handing shows four different phone lines that seem to go into one trunk and then transferred to voicemail, outside operator (this standard operating procedure of an outside operating service was confirmed). At that point I couldn’t sleep nightly. I paid for services within two weeks and if I am filling their pockets, that would mean that they work for me. After all is said and done, I almost had to consider trying to maneuver through my situation as if I worked for them. Verbatim it was suggested by the attorney (which again I paid in full to the firm within two weeks or less under the assumption that I would be a value client). On a scale of 1 to 10 in regards to a metrics such as "I felt cared for,” "likelihood to recommend,” and "customer service, I would rate the fore mentioned three metrics as a .2 out of 10 on a scale of one to ten. A .02 ladies and gentlemen. I never understood the three office location structure handed to you after you sign your contract. They do not give out email addresses, cell phone numbers, or pagers. According to one of the ladies who from my perception could care less, advised me that there are no case managers and no paralegals.

My case was passed from the lawyer with which presented the contract yet I was passed to another lawyer within the firm. At minimum, perhaps this transition could have been communicated to me by the original individual or a transitionary introduction call to the newly assigned lawyer once the transition was made. Perhaps even an offer to quickly meet? This transition must have been made rather quickly. I never spoke or saw again the original lawyer with which I met. This makes sense due to the fact that despite all of these situations I could not book an appointment even if I PAID AGAIN. Yes, after my pay in full, I OFFERED to pay for a fifteen or thirty minute meeting to both easy my mind and really understand their direction and for us both to get to know each other, for five minutes. Nope. Never was allowed. I was just asked if I had a particular question, and then maybe a meeting could be arranged. My perception is as if I would be struck my lighting twice before I was honored any additional facetime. Their structure and the three offices listed just do not add up to a cohesive operation. One operator told me that one office was no longer in existence, I was also told one location was a satellite one. I wanted to meet this team so bad that I drove eighty miles from home to where I originally met and signed my contract and although I knock on the door and kept calling the operator, again a roll over line, I could hear voices (male or female unknown) inside and not answering the door. There is not a chance that it would have gone unknown that I was standing outside. Again though, if it is an outside operating firm who knows what location in which they truly operate. All that you ever hear from the operator is "I’ll rely the message.”

After twenty plus of those responses, on an approximate and separate twenty day instance in which I tried to have some legitimate contact with the office, any thought of human care or customer service was personally lost. If you want to proceed with the firm I would consider asking the above questions and getting confirmed and comfortable answers to assist you in this firm proving that it is not only aggressive and works for you, with the basic factor of human care, but also doing a real "deep dive” into your situation. There were days that I called and asked for the lawyer representing me (he was not the same with which I signed the contract so I never met him until my hearing, despite requests to do so). Closer to the case I was assured "just chose the option to transfer to my voicemail, I’ll get back to you.” Consider that a dice throw, or at least it was for me. The operators for this firm answer the phone "law offices.” I should’ve caught the red flag. The communication between them and the firm (which I still do not know who all is officially a member of the organization) is negative one hundred at best. I’ve called twenty seven times one day to ask a simple question. I if should have been transferred to the voicemail of the lawyer which I paid to represent me, should the operator not suggest that? Are they that out of tune? If they work for the firm should they not carry some sort of knowledge of the operation? After approximately twenty calls or more I asked the "operator” who answers the phone discreetly as "law offices” to pretend to be walking in my shoes, having paid in full to hold up my end of the contract but have to spend ALL DAY with the most slightly possibility that I might feel more comfortable with an answer from which the person which I paid to represent me.

Before signing a contract if you chose for this firm to represent you in any legal matters, ask for an email address, pager number, or cell phone number that does not automatically roll into one phone trunk with the rest of the phone numbers with which they issue. Ask who you should refer to as far as a paralegal and case manager which even takes time off of the person (for which you paid services) to work for you. Personally I felt as though I was another name in and out the door. I still do and will remember both the customer service and my likelihood to recommend very detailed, which is again low, very low. The final time we met to finish a situation, my legal representative from this firm could only say to me "I’m late for something, call me if you have any questions.” From my perception I was another "person” just off the plate and payment complete, again within two weeks of a signed contract. Yeah, I have called after our last appointment because I do have questions. I guess They’ll have to be figured out elsewhere as to no surprise the trend of zero communication has continued. From my perception, the ability to have real interaction with anyone truly affiliated with this firm equals the same chance of being struck my lighting twice.

I am not sharing my personal details as to why I felt the need to hire legal representation to work for me. I easily should have paid four times as much to at least slightly feel cared for or that my true best interests and future is truly the forefront of my individual situation. Just sharing my experiences.
