After being a reliable web host for many years apparently Artery Planet has changed hands and is now a sinking ship. My site is down and there's no communication to get it back up. Service tickets remain unresponded to weeks later, they offer no phone number, address, or contact information. Everything is extremely shady.
A simple Google search will lead you over to webhostingtalk.com where the entire drama is unfolding including former employees helping people transfer data and closed-down Artery Planet servers that have to be turned on and off via arrangements with an outside individual.
They've abandoned their service, they've abandoned their customers, and they've taken your websites down with them.
