CROOKS & THIEVES!!!!! ORGANIZED CRIME

I have been a bidding member of Artfact and their sister company Invaluable for more than 3 years and I must say that I have never experienced such disrespect from a company especially while I have been helping to put bread on their table. They get a 3% cut from every sale that was bid on through their company, worldwide however if you should have a problem with one of their member auction houses, Artfact Invaluable turns a blind eye and tells you that you are on your own and they are "Not Responsible".

They have a Feedback portion to their website that will let Auction companies know if another auction house has had any kind of trouble with a bidder but will "Not" let the bidder know if they have had a problem with the auction house. This is a very clever tactic! I am talking about member auction houses taking advantage of on-line buyers because they cannot see the items in which they are bidding, in person. Most of these companies have an area of "Small Print" in their on-line bidding contract that states they are not responsible for the condition of items and that it is our responsibility to ask if an item is damaged in any way.

By doing this, it becomes a "clever numbers game" for that auction house as well as Artfact Invaluable where a certain percentage of Invaluable on-line bidders might not ask if an item has a crack or a dent that is conveniently not photographed or disclosed in the item description. I know first hand of these practices as I have suffered great losses due to such practices. (Keep in mind that unlike Ebay, Invaluable Artfact offers NO buyer protection) and completely without question, condone these shady practices as they are themselves involved. With that said, if you do business through Invaluable or Artfact, you will lose and your stolen money based on trickery, ends up in their pockets.
