Artfuzz (aka Online Wall) is the worst company I have ever dealt with.  I placed an order on December 11th  for a Christmas present.  Artfuzz / Onlinewall immediately charged my credit card for the incorrect amount (more than I agreed to pay).  I heard nothing from Artfuzz / Onlinewall until I contacted them.  When I contacted Artfuzz / Onlinewall to ask about my order, they gave me tracking information which was wrong.  When the package never arrived, I contacted Artfuzz / Onlinewall again and they said the order was processed incorrectly.  Artfuzz / Onlinewall did not ship the order until almost a week after Christmas.  When it arrived, it was a smaller picture than I had ordered and purchased a frame for.  Artfuzz / Onlinewall refused to give me any refund, even after Artfuzz / Onlinewall charged $6.95 for shipping.  The customer service number for Artfuzz / Onlinewall was not answered at any time I called.

In sum, Artfuzz / Onlinewall repeatedly gave me wrong information about my order, overcharged my credit card, sent the wrong product almost a month after I placed the order, ruined my Christmas gift and refused to refund any of the money I spent on this disastrous experience.

Businesses should beware of a customer like this, I took this order myself personally the customers full order was $23.95 due to rounding our merchant account charged $23.96. One penny over, we have full records of this we can post. Customer complained of being overcharged and was refunded .10 cents instead of the penny. Also I have full dialogue of conversations I have personally had with this character (sorry customer). Lessons learned, when you have a customer start off with "I was overcharged" for a rounding issue on a penny and was refunded 10 cents. You should know this customer is problematic and might be psychopathic. Customer also never notified anyone here that he was not happy with the item he received. Also here's some tips for buying art prints/posters online. "Dont buy a frame for a poster you do not have in your hands yet" this is not smart. Web sites are only able to state estimates on size of posters/artwork/or prints. You should only buy the frame after you receive your poster. Hope this helps.

All items at ArtFuzz are GUARANTEED and INSURED for the customers protection, this customer did not take advantage of this benefit and decided to write up such an unfair report. The Protection seal which can be used by all customers whose purchases are insured by up to $1,000 is on each product page and checkout at ArtFuzz

There was an initial mixup and customer was notified as per the emails below, continuously with apoligies. these things do happen, eventually customer was shipped proper item with UPS Tracking number: 1Z09A42W039XXXXXX. Customer Never notified us that he was not happy with the size, we could of refunded him immediately. Customer never tried to call or tell us, and customer has posted this anonymously as everyone can see, which is obviously a cowardly act. Customer is also confusing artfuzz.com with an unrelated website called OnlineWall which is a legal issue in itself.
