Arthur Fletcher- Arguello Environmental BOUNCED CHECKS Hillsborough New Jersey
Art Fletcher from Arguello Environmental is a scammer. He has bounced over $9,000.00 on my Company and owes me another $3,000. He owes companies in which I associated my self with for services he used from them. He tried to take my A901 license from me and promised he would make me millions. He owes one transfer in New Jersey $14,000 and another one over $25,000. Not including individual people that work for him or have done things for him.
I would advise any individuals who come across Art Fletcher or Arguello Environmental to stay away. He makes alot of promises that he can not keep.

As of march 2008 Art Fletcher has started a repo business isn't it funny how a man that doesn't pay his own bill's can go and repo everyone else's equipment.. I still to this day did not get paid the money Art Fletcher owes me and my company with many calls. He always give's me the same line I'll see u friday or I have the money ect. ect. ect.
If he does attempt to repo anyone's equipment I would file charges with what ever authorities I could. I have aslo filed charges with my local police department about the bounced business checks. If that doesn't work u can try this number right to his home (((ROR redacted))).
Also as of taking to other people he still owes money to is Eagle transfer in North Bergen NJ around 14,000 also Chartwell Ind. In passaic NJ around 20,000 ,Underdog Towing Little Ferry NJ almost 3,000 or more he owes my company almost 10,000 and there is many more when I get a list I will post them.
My last note would be to have u stay away from Art Fletcher and Arguello as from what I know there whole company is a scam from Evelyn Arguello to Art himself I hope people get enough sense to finally put him out of businnes in the state of New Jersey.
