Complaint Review: Arthur Perry III Construction Company

Please stay away from Arthur Perry III Construction.  First of all Arthur Perry III, owner,  subcontractor his work on homes.  I had some home repairs to be done on my home.  He gave me an estimate so I gave him 50% cash down.  I always pay everyone for doing work for me.  So he started and did not complete the job.   I called him numerous time to ask him when he's going to complete the job and to my surprise no answer. 

After a few months he sent me a letter placing a lien on  my property.  I was absolutely stun that he can do this so easily without sending me anything regarding what I owe him.  I figure the money I gave him down was good enough since he didn't contact me.  Please stay away from this company, he doesn't do a good job at all.  Please check out a company throughly before you do any business with them.  I just wish I can stop this type of practice because he is getting away with it.  The fact that this stay on the records is permanent is punitive damage to me.

Arthur Perry III  is a ripoff.  I hate I gave him my business,  he's a nightmare.
