Complaint Review: Artisan Comfort

I called on a "not too good to be true" ad. Free installation after rebate was the promise. A defective improperly installed piece of junk is what I got. This equipment wasn't even theirs to sell.

Stolen no but instead taken from another companies junk pile polished up and sold as new. Well obviously I thought a trip to the company office would yield an apology and a refund.

As I drove up and down the road I knew surely I was on the wrong Neuseriver Pkwy. in Knightdale,NC. But on the third trip I saw a huge junk pile of old HVAC units behind this broken down trailer I pulled in and approached the door a man staggered out of the shed beer in hand and said you are trespassing.

I told him my name and address and explained I was a customer. He remembered my my wife and told me how beautiful she was. I told him I wanted my money back and he said "sue me m f'er as you can see you can't get something I ain't got".

Sad as his pathetic existance is. I would warn "Too good to be true" Is just that STAY AWAY!!! Btter off to spend a little more money up front with a big reputable company. Then end up with this trailer trash scum in your home. Lesson learned BEWARE!!!
