Complaint Review: Artisan Iron Door Products

Jim Webster was paid $3000 for a door that was odered on 1/5/11, said it would take 8-12 weeks to get. Expected delivery date of 4/1/11. Since then he has pulled a houdini!

I had some communication after the expected delivery date with some excuses about containers and shipping, then it went to bad weather. After that he went so far as to plan and give me dates that he was making a trip to install becuase of the delay. Now we are down to no communication whatsover. Multiple voicemails, texts, and even communicating with a friend or two of his and still....nothing.

I have a home with a very large hole in the front of it that has almost shut down construction due to this situation. All i needed was a little communication to let me know what was going on. Now im moving forward with the legal actions. Hope he saved a little for the lawyers. Good Luck Jim.
