Complaint Review: Artisan plating

This is a quick note to anyone trying to do business with David at Artisan plating. I would forget about it if I were you.

I have NOT been ripped of or conned yet and after reading the other entries I will refrain from sending my watch.

I called 6 times and left messages and emailed 3 times just for a contact call. I received one call from David a few weeks ago with the wrong info since he did not know what watch we were talking about, only that another customer had the same aerea code...... .Nothing since.

If i really tjink about sending my item to him for services I would have to go there in person to talk to him, to make sure that bthis business is legit.

Find someone else to do your plating.

There are enough platers out there that actually respond to emails and calls in a timely fashion and not just ignore  you.
